Some staff really needs training on handling patients. Misinformation. The nurses department is amazing eg Caroline. Thank you for being so kind.As for Dr Gayer Nalini’s conduct to patients I don’t know how she manages to complete her daily tasks.Her choice of words to patients are appalling and shocking.I would recommend a different gynaecologist or surgeon other than herself. I just read previous reviews on rate MDs and they are terrible. Adora please reconsider her position at the clinic and replace her. She is stern and very negative towards patients. She should look for another specialisation if she is finding it difficult to complete her tasks.

Before We start to go through IVF, I took long time to search and understand the process to make decision which clinic go ahead. This was the most important & correct decision we made, We met Dr. Charlie Zheng in 2021, had 2 cycles, 2 embroyo transfer then finally had my first baby girl in 2022. It was hard and emotional, but Dr. Charlie Zheng was kind, professional, care, give us lots of support. Now My first baby turn 18 months old, she brings us so much happiness and love , tiredness . Struggling to stop her watching Ms. Rachel on YouTube. Now the second baby girl is on the way, Also go through Dr. Charlie. I definitely recommend him with the Adora team.

Adora were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning, helping us achieve two successful pregnancies. Dr Janelle McDonald is wonderful, very knowledgable and supportive and we are forever grateful to her and Adora for all they have done for our family.

Dr Janelle McDonald was so kind, patient and understanding. We had only one embryo from a round of IVF which turned into the sweetest little boy. I would highly recommend Janelle and I feel so lucky to have such wonderful doctors.

Their expertise and commitment bestowed upon me the greatest and most precious gift of my life—my adorable baby girl, who entered our lives at the start of January 2022. We met Gayer and she's such a nice person.The nurses and staff are very nice and super helpful. During the process Gayer identified the main reason for why the cycles are failing and she took extra step to treat the problem and the following cycle was successful. we blessed with Baby girl and now she is 1 year old. I am so thankful to the Gayer and staff. If i need to visit this clinic again then I go to Gayer again. I strongly recommend Gayer....
